OUR FACILITIES

Nordik Lodge

This large deluxe lodge is located a short distance from the spa and has proven itself to be extremely versatile. The great room can be used as a meeting space, with all of the amenities needed to ensure a smooth and productive session. The Lodge can also be used as a gathering place for friends or family, coming together to create tasty treats in the beautifully appointed kitchen, to enjoy the wood burning fireplace, or to play on the foosball table. The Lodge Nordik can accommodate up to 14 people. (Corporate meetings on weekdays only.) 

  • Overnight: 10 people
  • Meetings/Receptions: 14 people

Rates

  • $450 plus tax for a full day meeting (maximum of eight hours),
  • $300 plus tax for a half day meeting (maximum of four hours).

Alpina Lodge

The Alpina Lodge has huge windows and terrace offering breathtaking view of the Gatineau Park hills. It has a large separate meeting room. The Alpina Lodge can accomodate up to 16 people. (Corporate meetings on weekdays only.)

  • Overnight : 10 people
  • Meetings/Receptions: 16 people

Rates

  • $500 plus tax for a full day meeting (maximum of eight hours),
  • $350 plus tax for a half day meeting (maximum of four hours).

  • Presentation tools: TV with VGA and HDMI, flipcharts and writing tablets,
  • Office supplies: note pads & pens (as requested),
  • Wireless internet access.
