Exfoliation Closed

Dear guests, we would like to inform you that the exfoliation room, located in Espace Banyä, will be inaccessible from July 10th to 14th  inclusively. Exfoliation facilities will still be available, but they will be moved outside Espace Banyä, just to the left of this building.

During this period, we will be making improvement work to give you the most enjoyable exfoliation experience!

Discovery Week – Thermal Cycle

From July 10 to 13, experience this 2,000-year-old tradition, guided by our Nordik ambassadors!
Every day at noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m., and 6 p.m., meet outside the Finlandia sauna to learn more about the thermal cycle and its many benefits.
You will also learn about the ancient origins of this practice. Afterwards, you will be guided on a complete thermal cycle.
