PREGNANCY AND NURSING

Please keep in mind that our baths, saunas, and relaxation areas are reserved for people aged 16 and over. However, we do have a space specifically designed to breastfeed or express milk on site. This private room is equipped with a changing table, a rocking chair, nursing pillow, refrigerator, and sink.

When you arrive, please inform reception that you intend to breastfeed during the day, so that you can obtain the necessary information and be directed to the appropriate room. If you wish to use a breast pump, you can do so here. If you wish to breastfeed in person, the person who will be accompanying your baby to the spa must come to the lobby to meet you so that you can breastfeed. This person can then wait in the lobby or at the Mëzz Café.

  • Coming to the spa during pregnancy can be a pleasant experience and can provide many benefits. Our services can help to relieve tension, soothe heavy legs, and improve sleep. There are several options available to expectant mothers who want to take full advantage of a day at the spa, including:

  • Our pregnant clientele is encouraged to book the Mom-to-Be massage. However, they should consult their doctor before receiving a massage.
  • The vast majority of our body care treatments are safe during pregnancy, with the exception of a few. Whenever possible, our professionals are able to adapt them to ensure your well-being and that of your baby.
  • The temperate Tempër pool, which is heated to around 21 °C
  • Many of our pools are 37 °C
  • Numerous outdoor relaxation areas, including the Ëdena forested beach with suspended beds, gathering areas around the open-air fires, hammocks in the forest, and the Kalmeo relaxation pavilions sheltered from the sun and rain.
  • Many indoor relaxation areas, including the multipurpose relaxation room on the upper floor of the Espace Banyä, the Tellura relaxation space equipped with heated stone beds, and the Relaxa chalet.
  • Four dining areas, each offering a unique experience: Restö, Mëzz | Café, Panorama Lounge, and the Biërgarden

Please note that hot tubs above 37 °C, saunas, and exfoliation are not recommended for pregnant women, and it is important to always consult your doctor for personalized medical advice.
